Team Saskatchewan, skipped by Robyn Silvernagle of North Battleford, has a 3-1 record at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts after posting a 7-5 victory over Alberta’s Laura Walker on Monday night at Mosaic Place.

Silvernagle, third Stefanie Lawton, second Jessie Hunkin and lead Kara Thevenot trailed 3-2 before counting three in the fifth end.

Walker entered the match with a 3-0 record.

Saskatchewan is to play Quebec’s Noémie Verreault (1:30 p.m.) and Manitoba’s Kerri Einarson (6:30 p.m.) on Tuesday at the Canadian women’s curling championship.

Einarson leads Pool A at 4-0. Three skips are at 3-1 — Silvernagle, Walker and Northern Ontario’s Krista McCarville. Team Canada’s Chelsea Carey is 2-2.
